Ordinary General Assembly Call

Dear Members:

In accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws governing the San Pedro Sports Society, its members are summoned to the Ordinary General Assembly to be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the first call and at 7:30 p.m. in the second call, at the Las Llanas Municipal Field (Alameda Las Llanas, 10, Sestao), with the following agenda:

1. 2025-2026 season report.
2. Presentation and approval, if applicable, of the annual accounts for the 2025-2026 season.
3. Presentation and approval, if applicable, of the budget for the 2026-2027 season.
4. Presentation and approval, if applicable, of the membership fees for the 2026-2027 season.
5. Club situation.
6. Requests and questions.

Note: it will be mandatory to present the 25/26 membership card accompanied by the ID that proves its ownership.
